Food connects us and creates a bond like few other things can. I am a first-year student at Cornell University focused on creating food that is accessible to everyone. All of my products excluding macarons are sugar-free and made with monk fruit extract as a substitute. They are also vegan and use vegetable shortening as opposed to butter and eggs.
